Cancellation Policy
Credit Cards are required..
for Online Booking. To avoid a cancellation fee, appointments made ONLINE must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Your card will be charged 50% of the service price for the same day cancellation; 100% of the service price for a missed appointment without cancellation.
A credit card will be required on file..
in order to make any appointment, starting January 1st, 2022. The card will only be charged if:
- Appointments are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. Your card will be charged 50% of the cancelled service price.
- Any appointment without cancellation is missed. Your card will be charged 100% of the missed service price.
5% Surcharge
Effective 8/1/24, a 5% surcharge must be added..
to all service totals (prior to any discounts) due to the new Illinois mandated expanded employee benefits.
- The 2024 Paid Leave for All Workers Act (PLAWA)
- The Lifting Up Illinois Working Families Act (82% increase in minimum wage over 5 years)
Both acts directly impact our operational costs as we strive to ensure fair compensation for our valued team members and their families.

In-store credit will be issued..
on all retail purchases within 30 days.
No Refunds on gift cards.
Service Redo's
If a service is not done to your satisfaction..
you may come back within 14 days and have the service redone at no extra charge. After 14 days, you will pay full price for a redo service.
